Portekiz'in Koordinatör olduğu 'Together....in the Winds of Change'-'Hep Birlikte... Değişim Rüzgarında ' adlı projeye İtalya,Letonya Romanya ve Türkiye'den öğrenci ve öğretmenler katıldılar.
